
A Virtual Support Group for Dads
Between the sleepless nights, the pressure to show up at home and work, the tantrums or confusing behaviors — fatherhood can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating.
Each month will include some open chat in addition to a more structured discussion focused on a theme—like emotional burnout, identity shifts, communication with your partner, managing anger or guilt—and have space to be heard, reflect, and get grounded with others who get it.

When we're struggling, sometimes what we need most is community, connection, and a path forward. Someone to tell us - that's normal, that happens to me too; and a few tools, skills and a bit of perspective be gentler with ourselves and to try to do better next time.
